Oh, btw, if you want to see what I mean by templates, check out Lovely Folders. Not a bad program, but lets you only have 1 template! (and it's $20!!!)

OK. But this will possible only thought dialogue, but not thought menu, but may be ...
Please be patient, because at this time I'm work on Badges 1.2 and do not have time to Folderico, but in 1-2 week I'm realise new version with this feature.

At this time I'm do not like themes, where icon names is hard-coded and theme-creator will need to create all icons from theme.
I'm download Lovely Folders and try to fully understand it's template-concept. And then answer to your suggestion.
