At this time I'm do not find information about overlay icons in MSDN ( Microsoft Developer Network ) and do not know all features/bugs of overlays-icons under vista sad

And as result I'm do noy know how to fix this problem sad

But you may try new BETA versio 1.5.5. This version was good-work on my PC, but it may not work on your PC sad

This is a only first beta vesion with small support of Vista.
Please install in with Administrative Rights and please NOT in programm files and not on C:\ disk ( try on other disk, D:,E,F and so on)

May be this version was fix this error on your PC.

Changes from 1.5
+ New addon to wath for file operations, if you move file/folder then badges was moved to new file.
* Fixed: manager not always mark current theme if you was use seperate settings per user.
* Fixed: manager will show incorrect count of badges in status bar.
* Fixed: sorting badges in manager not work after double change sorting order.
- Removed old FileIO hook, that was produce errors on some computers.
+ First try to be Vista compatible.
+ Some small improvements.
