For Windows XP exists Folderico 3.7.2 - http://eng.softq.org/folderico_xp at this time Folderico 3.7.2 is more functional than Folderico 4.0.0.3.

Folderico 3.X series for 64-bit at this time is not planned.

Folderico 4.0 RC1 (4.0.0.3)
+ Folderico save settings per-user.
+ Themes was moved to new folder (to make compatible with UAC).
* Fixed: dialog "Select custom icon" from context-menu do not set icon.

On Windows folder need to be "read-only" to change icon. there are no way to change icon of folder without "Read-Only".

Does not work for Vist 64, which is a big shame. Oh well.
